C.R. England - Global Transportation

C.R. England, the largest reefer carrier in the nation, is implementing a reefer fuel surcharge program.  As fuel prices have continued to rise, the burden has become unsustainable.  Our 2011 schedule is modeled after an existing industry-wide program while the formula is based upon the Department of Energy (D.O.E.) weekly national average diesel fuel price and is calculated in cents per mile (CPM).
