C.R. England Inc. just created a new department in their main headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah called the Driver Retention and Recognition Department. Run by Bud Pierce as the Director of Capacity Assurance-Retention and Recognition, he states, "This office will create stronger recognition for our drivers and promote a better and more connected work environment to our road warriors." The focal point of this newly created department is to honor those drivers that have achieved great and wonderful successes in the CR England family of drivers. This department is also going to create a stronger relationship between Company Drivers and the Independent Contractors, which in turn will build successful truck drivers that will be with C.R. He was the Director of Horizon Truck Sales and Leasing before accepting this new role of Director of Capacity Assurance Retention and Recognition. As a veteran of the transportation industry for over 25 years, Bud Pierce will bring expertise and knowledge to this new department that will make it successful.
